You can shop your groceries in the small village of Saline di Volterra (only ten minutes away), which has as well a bakery, a pharmacy and a restaurant. In an overlying position, you can see Montecatini which offers beautiful views of the area. Every Friday the local market takes place in the central square, home to several intimate restaurants for a lovely night out.
