Located in Tuscany, less than three kilometres from Cortona, Renetta is a luxury vacation villa available for weekly rentals, consisting of a main villa with three double bedrooms and a guesthouse with a double bed, located five meters from the main villa. This lovely Italian holiday home for rent can comfortably accommodate up to eight people.
During its recent renovation, the owner wanted to create a pleasant mix between present and past. The rural structure has preserved the stone walls, typical of the country houses of Tuscan life of ancient times, the beams, the terracotta, and everything that refers to the country tradition. The furnishings have been adapted to this rural structure, transforming it into a contemporary villa, enriching it with contemporary furniture and paintings and transforming spaces into bright and comfortable places.
From the spacious terraced garden, the landscape includes the Val di Chiana, located in the most basic part of the territory, adjacent to the hill on which Cortona rests.
Enjoying your own privacy, you can admire nature and listen to its pleasant sounds, surrounded by olive trees, allowing a bucolic immersion in the Tuscan countryside.
Outdoors a comfortable structure with a barbecue and wood oven is equipped for cooking and alfresco dining.
From the garden, going up the comfortable stone steps, you reach the pool area: equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, perfectly exposed to the sun throughout the day and with a spectacular view. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and satellite Wi-Fi.
Renetta is located in an optimal area to visit Umbrian and Tuscan cities, also by train. Terontola train station, which is just ten km away, represents an important railway centre to reach Rome, Perugia and Florence in a reasonable time, with frequent departures during the day. Not to be missed are these places of internationally renowned beauty, history, art and architecture, such as Cortona, Arezzo, Siena, Gubbio, and Assisi. For full-day visits, Florence and Rome are a must.
