Caibelli Grande is a luxury Italian villa available for holiday rentals, with seven double bedrooms, located in the northern area of Umbria, not far from the border with the Marches.
This villa is situated in a hilly position at about a ten-kilometer distance from the village Pietralunga, a quiet town where to find a supermarket and a few restaurants. These restaurants are quite simple but perfect to taste delicious Italian and traditional Umbrian truffle dishes as this area is well known for its truffles.
Caibelli is located in a remote area, an ideal retreat for those who do not want to undertake many daily tours, but rather prefer to relax and enjoy the comfort of the villa. The villa has a stunning infinity twenty-meter swimming pool which is heated by a solar system, a private tennis court and a bocce court. The twenty-meter infinity pool is a rare thing to find among deluxe villas for rent. In front of the pool, there is a lovely large patio furnished for gorgeous outdoor meals, for relaxing or trying to make pizza using the outdoor oven. All this, while enjoying commanding views over the distant high Umbrian hills. The game of bocce is an open-air game while playing it gives you the feeling to be like a real European slowing your pace down over it.
It never gets too hot at Caibelli thanks to its location at seven hundred meters of altitude. During the summer there is no need to have air conditioning as the cool temperature is naturally created by the high position of the villa. The beauty of Caibelli is due to the outstanding work of the architect, who maintained the building’s original charm, using the original stonework, terracotta floors, exposed beams and open fireplaces. The architect completed his job by adding luxury finishing, also furnished the villa with a modern stainless steel kitchen, installed underfloor heating, added a TV/games room and luxury bathrooms throughout.
The villa also offers a second smaller kitchen on the ground floor and together with the two bedrooms on the same floor, it could be used by some of the guests as an apartment. The villa hosts comfortable twelve guests who can choose to sleep in the 7 double bedrooms and in the kids' dormitory furnished with four single beds. Most of the bedrooms are spacious and have luxury bathrooms.

double beds are not convertible into twins, pets are not allowed, no smoking indoors, no parties past 11 pm. Although the villa features 8 bedrooms, the property can only welcome up to 12 guests in order to ensure a comfortable stay in all the living areas.
