pets allowed. Non-smoking villa. The garden is fenced-in but the fences are low; the children have always to be supervised by adults with an extra care. parking area. Next to the main villa there is the shadow garden with a maintenance room for the staff of the villa and a house for washing, for the villa staff. To reach the villa there are 150 meters of unpaved road. There is a housekeeper on the property when needed, who lives in the neighbourhood of the farmhouse.
