Located in the green heart of Italy, Umbria, La Bianca is a luxury villa for vacation rentals in Italy set among olive groves, vineyards and rolling barley fields on a 70-acre nature preserve. The meticulously restored historic farmhouse is now the perfect mix of traditional and modern, offering all comforts and amenities while boasting gorgeous views of the medieval village of Piedicolle.
The beautiful villa is spread all on one level with two houses combined into one with a covered walkway. One features three bedrooms and the other the fourth bedroom, the living area with a limestone fireplace, the large fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a TV room. All four bedrooms are spacious and are equipped with en-suite bathrooms and private terraces, embellished with beautiful flowers such as jasmine, wisteria and roses.
Just outside the living room, under a terrace covered with wisteria, there is an exterior fireplace with grill, the ideal spot for those who enjoy cooking and dining with friends and family, and the stone swimming pool with a shallow end for kids.
Outdoor areas at La Bianca have a lot to offer: a foosball table, a bocce court, a picnic table and a fire pit. Guests can also handpick fruit and vegetable from the garden and cook their meals with home-grown ingredients, or savour delicious dishes cooked by a private chef.
La Bianca is the ideal location for those seeking a place to unwind and enjoy peaceful walks in the typical Umbrian countryside and be inspired by the beautiful scenery. For cycling enthusiasts, the surrounding hills offer challenging trails.
Day trips to Montelfaco, Todi, Orvieto, Assisi and many different places of interest are easily arranged.

The owners also have their small wine production and the small winery is located next to the villa where guests of the villa can have gorgeous winetastings with beautiful views. There are 2 friendly dogs on the premises. The 2km/1,2miles dirt road leading towards the villa is a long and downhill road, in good condition but without street lights.
