The main villa and the guest house are equipped with eight spacious bedrooms, all en-suite, renovated using ancient beams, wooden and tiled floors, and furnished in a mix of traditional and modern styles.
One of the bedrooms is located in a self-contained apartment on the ground floor of the guest house, with its own living room and kitchen. The main villa and its guest house are connected by a lovely courtyard offering a wide panorama over the bucolic Umbrian hills.
Capodimonte, located on a hilltop, offers expansive views of 360 degrees towards Orvieto and Tuscany and offers complete privacy.

Capodimonte is part of an organic farm estate; a herd of 125 Chianina cows and guests can buy frozen steaks, burgers, mince and red/white wine and olive oil produced by the estate. Steep not fully asphalted road of 1,5km towards the villa. There is no outdoor shower in the pool area. Pool heating not available from mid -cOtober to the end of March. Bathrooms equipped with basic set of Osmeé organic. Non smoking villa, pets not allowed. There are 2 Labradors who stay below the car park (fenced in), which can be heard sometimes while being in two of the bedrooms, but only if the A/C is switched off. It is possible to hear mooing of cattle herd, or occasional tractor in the fields while being at this property.
