Villa 1 welcomes guests with a double living room and a bright dining area with a long table for twelve, and a small kitchen. Upstairs, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms, and a refined en suite master bedroom.
Villa 2, facing the courtyard, offers a large and fully-equipped kitchen, a spacious living area with french doors opening onto the garden, and an outdoor dining table under a shaded lounge area.
Upstairs, a cozy TV lounge connects to a loggia overlooking the courtyard and two bedrooms: a romantic master with a four-poster bed and a twin room. The third annex, about 20 meters from villa 1 serves as the staff house, ensuring discreet service and complete privacy throughout the stay.
Surrounded by a lush private garden, the estate offers breathtaking views, shaded corners under ancient oaks, and a large swimming pool with sun loungers, perfect for relaxing on warm Tuscan days.
