Andromeda is at minutes away from long sandy beaches and from the picturesque village of Capalbio, located on the southern coast, where to find restaurants, trattorias, and shops of artisanal products.
The villa, set amongst nine hectares with lavish gardens, is surrounded by covered terraces stylishly furnished with comfortable sofas perfect for sunset cocktails.
Set on three levels, this villa offers on the ground floor a dome-shaped living-dining room opening onto the swimming pool area, where soft hills meet the Mediterranean sea. On the same level, there is a separate living room with a TV. The dining area leads to the main kitchen and there is an additional kitchen equipped for staff. The sleeping spaces are generous, with large dressing rooms and sophisticated ensuite bathrooms. The bedrooms are set out over three levels which guarantees privacy for the guests. The two bedrooms situated on the ground floor are divided by a cosy living room with a TV and a terrace. On the upper floor, two bedrooms enjoy sweeping views of the ocean and have direct access to a private terrace. Two other bedrooms are situated on the lower ground floor. Both have French windows leading onto a private terrace which leads into the garden. These bedrooms also share a living room with a TV and a refrigerator. 

Outdoor, the twenty-meter infinity pool with salt water and a swim jet system, looks out towards the sea. A round table offers space for outdoor meals comfortably seating sixteen guests.
The Maremma is known for its unspoiled coast and fine sandy beaches with a multitude of coloured shells. Behind the beach, the dunes are covered with a labyrinth of wild aromatic bushes. During the summer months, there is the lovely beach club ‘La Dogana’, a charming restaurant for lunch and dinner, or another option for the day is the ‘Ultima Spiaggia’, a restaurant and family-friendly beach club. Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano are twenty-five minutes away by car and offer many adventures such as renting a speed boat and visits to ‘Isola Del Giglio’ where you can find plenty of world-class restaurants and shops. Giannutri, a small island in the Tyrrhenian Sea is only twenty minutes from Porto Ercole. It is a unique village with great restaurants, perfect for swimming and lovely cultural day trips.

pets not allowed. No smoking allowed indoors. Since there is a road behind the villa, you might hear cars passing by once in a while. Several closets don’t have doors. Two staff members live on site, privacy is fully guaranteed. The kitchen of the villa can exclusively be used by the villa's professional staff.
