Built in a traditional style using the local stone Pietra Leccese (honey-coloured local limestone), at Masseria Moresca it is possible to enjoy the splendour of the historic Masseria with all the modern facilities. Lofty stone vaulted ceilings and marble floors are a feature of every room, as it is the air conditioning.
The villa is furnished with an exotic mix of European antiques and handcrafted contemporary furniture, pots from the Middle East and ancient Uzbek souzanis.
The living and sleeping areas of the Masseria are all on one floor. With large glass doors on either side, the large living room enjoys views on both sides: on one side out through the Moorish internal courtyard with a large central fountain and on the other the cloisters and the pool area. The two sleeping wings, on the left and right sides of the living area, accommodate up to 12 guests.
Outside, the garden is completely fenced in and provides delightful views over the surrounding countryside.
A large vine-covered pergola creates shade for the outdoor dining and kitchen area, well equipped with gas BBQ, dishwasher and fridge, as well as a traditional wood-fired pizza oven. A large swimming pool, a sunken trampoline, pool toys, badminton, ping pong table, bicycles and other children’s games will ensure no one gets bored.
The 15 acres of ancient olive groves provide privacy and tranquillity in an unspoiled rural location, but within easy reach of all that Puglia has to offer.

bedroom 2 accessible from the courtyard, master double bedroom (bed size 150cmx200cm, not convertible into twin) with en suite bathroom with double sink and shower (plus extra hand held). bedroom 2 connects to a dressing room with two daybeds which can be used to accommodate larger families, TV. This room has also direct access to the courtyard.
bedroom 3 accessible from the courtyard, twin beds (bed size 90cmx190cm, not convertible into double), desk. En suite bathroom with shower (plus extra hand held). Also, bedroom 3 is connected to the dressing room.
bedroom 4 accessible from the courtyard, double bed (bed size 150cmx200cm, not convertible into twin) furnished with an antique French upholstered bed and carved oak armoire. This connects through a small entrance hall to the bedroom n. 5.
bedroom 5 twin beds (bed size 90cmx190cm, not convertible into double) which can be accessed either from bedroom 4 or the courtyard.
