From villa Sara you can reach in about 800 meters the tourist harbour called Marina Nuova. The villa has a fully fenced in garden and in several areas of the garden, you can enjoy complete privacy.
The garden, facing the sea, with its colourful flowers and olive plants, frames the house; a large swimming pool creates a vision that charms, seduces, and cuddles you.
Villa Sara is new construction, built on two levels. On the main floor, you can find the living area with a large covered porch in continuity with the living area, the dining area, in and outdoor with a verandah and BBQ area, a fully equipped kitchen, three spacious bedrooms with dressing room, each with bathroom and access to a terrace.
On the first floor, there is the master bedroom with a living area, dressing room, bathroom, and a covered terrace; a corner where the colours of the sun, sky, and sea meet, resulting in shades that only a few privileged ones can enjoy.
