The owners bought this ruin several years ago, fascinated by its history and architecture. After a careful restoration, they lovingly furnished this villa in a way that combines its significant Tuscan heritage with super-chic contemporary interiors.
The property has nine elegantly appointed, luxurious suites offering all the facilities of a five-star luxury resort including a wellness house, a bathhouse, fenced-in swimming pool, a lounge terrace and a wine cellar. The extreme level of craftsmanship and attention to detail can be seen throughout the property; the parquet floor is made from the wood salvaged from oak wine barrels, a large stair tread (Serena stone) was transformed into an outside bench, a classic roof beam was made into a bar counter, the day beds around the pool were made from moss-covered stones, and marble slabs from a butcher’s shop serve as sunbathing decks. no pets allowed, non smoking villa. The housekeeper and the chef live in the staff apartment located on the ground floor on the property with its own entrance, privacy is fully guaranteed. The beds are 1.80m box-spring beds, mattress of 40cm in depth and luxury toppers, and Egyptian cotton bed linen. There are 3 single sofa beds which are only suitable for children of 12 years old or younger. The town nearby called Panzano can be reached on foot, 2,5km/1,5miles distance, as there is a shortcut road from the villa to this town where no cars no pass only for bikers and walkers. The villa's professional kitchen is for the exclusive use of the staff only.
