Partenope is an elegant rental villa close to the beach of Massa Lubrense, on a short drive from Sorrento, Italy. Overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Naples, this 4-bedroom villa is part of a quiet and private residential district and it is the perfect place for an unforgettable relaxing holiday.
A private beach club is just 200 meters away from the villa; for those who love sunbathing, there is the possibility to rent sunbeds and an umbrella, while for those who like walking, from the beach club starts a pleasant path leading to Massa Lubrense where there are nice restaurants and bars.
Recently renovated and equipped with every comfort, the villa has four bedrooms and five bathrooms, airy and spacious living areas and superb panoramic terraces for memorable outdoor moments. The villa is stretched out along three floors, accessible either by staircase or by the elevator. The entrance level includes a spacious lounge area with a terrace overlooking the island of Capri and a double bedroom. On a lower level, three double bedrooms furnished in traditional warm colors and bright ceramic floor tiles. Finally on the ground level, there is an open space with a dining and living area and the fully equipped kitchen.

due to the steep and curved road leading to the villa, we do not recommend to have minivans. Please note that Partenope is located within a residential area built on the hillside; the villa has neighbors and privacy in the outdoor areas might therefore be slightly compromised. External chefs or any other third party service providers are not allowed at the villa unless prior approval by the owner.
