Pets allowed upon request and extra charge. Smoking allowed only outside. The villa is accessible only with a private funicular (maximum of 7 guests, it takes 2 minutes to reach the villa) or by boat. The funicular will bring you directly to the villa’s entrance. The villa has an indoor elevator. There is a private parking area before the funicular with space for 4 cars.
Due to the presence of many stairs, children need to be constantly supervised. Privacy is guaranteed.
