Vinca is a luxury villa for weekly rental in the heart of Salento. Located between Lecce and the beautiful Ionian sea, this old masseria has been fully and carefully restored while keeping all the character of the original building. The pale local limestone and high ceilings give the interiors a quiet, airy feel. Light colours throughout reference the earthy tones of the surrounding Apulian countryside. Large arched windows let a lot of light into the main living areas. The property sleeps up to twelve guests in six double bedrooms, each comfortable and well finished. The two fully equipped kitchens and the large dining table are perfect for a catered dinner or family and friends cooking together. There are comfortable living areas both inside and outside, where guests can enjoy Apulian summer days. Outside, the private swimming pool sits within the walled courtyard, offering the utmost privacy. The courtyard is paved in large stone slabs and opens onto a well-kept lawn with low Mediterranean planting and palms: a generous outdoor space, perfect for dining and relaxing.
The masseria is located in a very convenient spot for exploring both the Salento coast and the main towns inland like Lecce. For beaches, Santa Maria al Bagno, Baia Verde, and Gallipoli are the closest options, both on the Ionian coast, about fifteen minutes by car from the villa.
