“We had the most wonderful stay here. The house and gardens are absolutely stunning, it’s beautifully decorated with exquisite taste and perfectly equipped with everything you need during your stay. The pool and the landscape made for the most serene getaway. The villa is in a very remote location on top of a hill with a view of the town, away from everything and very peaceful, it is wonderfully close to quite a few towns and lovely restaurants. The owner, Brian, takes such care of the house, which has everything you could need throughout the stay. Danielle, the guest liaison, is lovely and very attentive, Gianni was just as great showing up at a moments notice for anything we asked for. The house guide also includes some lovely recommendations for the area. Couldn’t recommend it enough, we really didn’t want to leave.”

“House was very, very well-designed, and the grounds were lovely. A perfect place for someone interested in high-quality contemporary architecture. We didn’t do much more than cook, went for long walks, and read beside the pool or on the deck. Since we are crazy busy at our jobs, this was what we needed. Everything worked flawlessly and we can’t think of a single thing that could have been differently. Highly recommended.”

“You see the pictures of the house and you understand everything, it is gorgeously designed. Perfect balance of tasteful and comfort. And Brian and Ludovica ‘s generous welcome was so nice, they are wonderful hosts. We rented a car at the airport, drive is easy, and when we got close Brian met us nearby, to guide us to the house in the country. They grow their olive trees and produce their own beautiful olive oil. When we had questions we would be in contact with Brian who was always gracious and helpful during the entire trip. But never invasive. Chic people. The house is perfectly located to live like a true local! And close to Martina Franca and Cisternino. The place is amazing, and complete with everything we needed and more. Highly recommended. Although we would love to keep it to ourselves! Cheers!”

“We received a warm welcome on arrival in Ostuni. When the gate opened for us, we were already impressed by the spacious and beautiful garden and the first look at the house. As we got closer, we only got more excited. That continued all week. We had the opportunity to do everything in the area. And we particularly enjoyed what the house and garden offered us peace, space, wonderful atmosphere and feeling and togetherness. For the supermarket and for a few wonderful trips to towns in the area, we went out by car a few times. Brian ‹ Ludovica, thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home and hospitality. “This was basically our first time in Puglia. The property was extremely well selected and a landlord with passion for architecture and the region. The house almost reminded us more of a modern Malibu beach home, but fitted well into the area. The big glassing and open spaces ensure that you do not miss a second of this lovely landscape, even when you are inside and despite modern, it was very cosy. The 18m lap pool made for a good compensation to Puglia’s great cuisine. Our week at the house went by in a blink as there is so much to see as one does not want to miss out. Having said this, after a week you better understand what this property is about, i.e. not going to far, but rather enjoying the area close by and the property itself in its perfect location. We would definitely go back to this great combination of a fantastic house - in terms of design, features (outside seating, fireplaces, pool, great terraces, movie collection for a rainy day, etc.) and location -, a landlord and property management which looked after us very well and last but not least one of the nicest regions in Italy.”

"We stayed at Alleroni one week in July. the villa is location is very good Difficult to find though and GPS took us to incorrect location. I think that it actually an issue as when you plug Villa Alleroni into the GPS it would take us to a house nearby but if you didn’t know how to get to Alleroni from there you would not be able to find it.
Its a lovely property, beautiful grounds. I’d say the bathrooms are a bit small for this level of property.
Home in Italy services vas very good throughout. We had a difficult experience with the shower screen. However this was handled very well by Lucrezia. Aside from that, the villa was lovely and we enjoyed it very much.
Thanks once again for your help and we will let you know when we are next in Italy!"
