Petrolla is a luxury estate available for weekly rentals located in the very heart of Apulia, close to the well known white city of Ostuni. This exclusive top rated villa is nestled within private land of 5 hectares with olive groves and it is composed of three stone buildings: the Trulli, the Lamia, and the Trullo Saraceno. A large private swimming pool, high quality furniture and utmost privacy make this place perfect for relaxing and enjoying an exclusive summer beach holiday on the Italian coast.
The property is located within close proximity of Ostuni, which is reachable in a few minutes driving and fifteen minutes from the beach. Moreover, it has a central position with respect to all of the Valle d'Itria villages and it is easily accessible from the airports of Brindisi and Bari.
Petrolla is a great example of local rural architecture. These splendid stone buildings were formerly rural houses; they have been recently renovated and restored with quality and fine materials and equipped with every comfort without altering the original character. The combination of rural context and contemporary design creates a timeless dialogue linking artistic concepts to this place.
The three separate buildings are thought of as different environments of a unique property. The concept is to link them together through the common areas: the large kitchen and the contemporary living room, the swimming pool and its nearby areas with BBQ and wood-burning pizza oven. These are all convivial environments where family and friends have the opportunity to spend a relaxing holiday in complete privacy.
Several works of Contemporary Art of the best Italian and foreign emerging artists of the moment find place in the bedrooms and lounges, enriching the complex.
