non smoking villa. Pets not allowed. All the bedrooms are accessible also from the outdoors and bedroom 6 is only accessible from outdoors. Stairs leading to bedroom 6 are steep therefore not suitable for small children or people with mobility problems. The mobile reception at the villa is sufficient. There are two houses next to the villa, privacy might be compromised in the outdoor area and swimming pool. It is possible to use the 2 double sofa beds located in bedroom 4,5 upon an extra charge and reach the maximum capacity of 16 guests.
