The villa is located about three kilometres from a village where you can find many food stores, trattoria, pharmacy, newspaper, wine shop and more. The charming and well-known Porto Cervo village is about a nine-kilometre distance from the villa.

there is a road passing behind the villa, which is only shared with 1 other villa. The fence between this villa and the neighbours is a low fence. Non smoking villa. Due to the protected natural vegetation around the property, it is not permitted to smoke in the garden and in the pine grove. Not suitable for people with disabilities.
