The beaches in Italy are never privately owned but in this case, the only people using this beach are guests of Villa Emeralda and other occasional guests of the nearby villas. The well-maintained garden slopes gently towards the swimming pool, which is equipped with a swim against the current system and is heated by solar panels which allow the temperature to rise 4° C or 5° C higher than the environment. An outdoor kitchen area, built in granite table and benches is close to the pool and equipped with a professional pizza oven and an electric hob. Indoors, a fully-equipped kitchen is a dream for cooking lovers, who will find professional appliances with two large fridges, four ovens, and a wine fridge with an exclusive selection of bottles, finding everything needed to prepare special meals at Villa Emeralda. 
The large open-plan living/dining area is simple but stylishly decorated with light-colored, modern furnishings and terracotta tiles throughout. In particular, the dining area is very light thanks to a large window which extends nearly the whole wall and allows you to admire the sea from indoors. This room opens onto a large terrace with an outdoor sitting and dining area with views towards the sea and garden. The property has sheltered parking for four cars, a private SPA, and a gym, a personal trainer can be arranged on request. At about 100mt from the garden of the villa, you have private access to the facilities of the Beach Club Marina Piccola with 10,000 m2 gardens, a swimming pool, a secluded beach with up to two sun umbrellas and eight sunbeds exclusively for Villa Emeralda's guests. The club nearby is Centro Vela Marina Piccola di Punta Lada.

This villa has one of the best positions in Sardinia including a partial private beach, note that the interior is the classic Sardinian one, meaning simple but comfortable. The villa is equipped with security cameras at the main entrance gate, in the garden and pool area. The cameras in the garden and pool area can be switched off upon request. External chefs and service providers are not allowed.
