Located near the southeastern Sicilian coast, nominated for ‘Building of the Year 2021’ by ArchDaily, this ultramodern villa is the perfect luxury retreat for cube structure lovers, enjoying a rental in the Italian countryside near some of the most beautiful beaches of the island.
The fenced-in natural garden is surrounded by a heaven of tranquillity. Lost among olive trees, its position gives the impression to be dominated by 360 degrees of land.
Exclusive villa Olea is situated on a twenty-minute drive from Noto, amidst the baroque side of the island; that side of Sicily that cannot be missed for its superb sightseeing in the historical towns and its excellent beaches.
Olea can be rented by six guests who can use the bedrooms located on the ground floor of the main villa. The two additional bedrooms are set on the lower ground floor, a more indicated floor for children or teenagers as the small highly positioned windows don’t permit to have a view over the garden. The garden of the villa borders the garden of the neighbour, but there is certain privacy in the pool area.

The patio is covered and furnished with table and chairs. 15 steps down towards infinity swimming pool (10x5m) with 6 sunbeds and covered lounge area.

an approximate 275-meter partly gravel road in moderate to good conditions leading up to the villa, fenced in garden of 3 hectares, total of 411m2 divided into the main villa, guesthouse and verandas.
Swimming pool will be open from mid-April until the first week of November. Please note that the house may not be suitable for unsupervised children below the age of 4, as the verandas surrounding the house have a height of 90 cm and are unfenced. Due to several stairs/steps at the property, it might not be suitable for elderly guests. No pets allowed. Non smoking villa. The use of the property’s roof and the tower is at the guests' own risk. The garden of the villa borders the garden of the neighbour, but there is certain privacy in the pool area. Laundry and storage room in the lower ground floor can be used by guests even when renting ground floor only.
