the staff lives onsite; the apartment is located right next to the villa, however, privacy is fully guaranteed. There is also one small and well-behaved dog onsite (Maltese breed). No pets allowed at the property. Since Florence airport is located close to the villa, it is possible to hear planes passing over the property throughout the day. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are not equipped with closets; they share a walk-in closet located just outside the bedrooms. Bedroom 6 is a family suite equipped with a double bed and twin beds. The bathroom of bedroom 7 has a slightly lower standard. There are security cameras located outdoors and around the pool area. External chefs or any third-party providers are not allowed at the villa.
