The stairs connecting the ground and first floor of the main villa are not equipped with side protection with a distance between of the railing bars of 44cm/17,3inches , therefore not suitable for young children. Bedroom 1 and bedroom 4 have a small step up at the entrance. The bed in bedroom 5 is not equipped with a headboard nor a closet. The side of the garden overlooking the pool area is not provided with a fence.
