The stairs connecting the ground and first floor of the main villa are not equipped with side protection with a distance between the railing bars of 44cm/17,3inches, therefore not suitable for young children. Bedrooms 1 and 4 have a small step up at the entrance. The bed in bedroom 5 is not equipped with a headboard. The side of the garden overlooking the pool area is not provided with a fence. It is not possible to hold photo and video shoots at the villa for commercial or advertising purposes.
