The vicinity of Sammezzano from Florence at about thirty minutes and from the motorway makes this luxury villa rental an appealing option for those who prefer to travel along Tuscany and easily reach the glorious capital of the region. The highway exit Incisa is only four kilometres away, making Arezzo, Siena, and Lucca worth visiting without any stress.
Total privacy is guaranteed at villa Sammezzano which is surrounded by countryside and offers a 600m2 garden completely fenced-in and eight bedrooms in total, located in either the main villa or the guest house. On the ground floor, the two living rooms are spacious and bright. The style of the rooms is elegant, furnished in a classic style.
All the bedrooms have the same high standard, have wooden made floors, nice bathrooms, safe, minibar and TV. The pool area also offers a pool house where you can find a sauna, a treadmill, a guest bathroom and an exercise bike. From a side of the pool and the main villa, a semi-urban area can be seen, and a slight noise of the road in the distance can be heard.
The name of the villa is taken by the nearby castle of Sammezzano, famous for its Indian and Arabic atmosphere, where it is possible to visit the historical large park admiring rare trees and see the bizarre Tuscan castle from outside.
For shopping lovers, there is the Mall at an approximate five-minute distance, which is a large shopping centre selling the most famous Italian and international fashion brands.
The nearest Tuscan village is Leccio at approximate a two-kilometre distance and the largest village nearby is Figline Valdarno, at eleven kilometres. Around the villas, there are some recommended restaurants starting from the nearest which is one and a half kilometres distant.
When in Florence you have to catch the classics, including the Pitti Palace, Uffizi gallery, and Boboli Gardens. Then take a stroll on the legendary Ponte Vecchio, and finally come home and relax with your “aperitivo” sitting in one of the outdoor areas admiring the sunset. The heated pool makes villa Sammezzano more inviting during the midseason.

The villa’s staff is living in a separate house on the grounds, at approx. a 500m distance from the villa. Non smoking villa. Pets allowed. From one side of the pool and the main villa, a semi-urban area can be seen and the highway located in the distance might cause some car noise at several angles of the pool area. Note that there are several steps from the parking area and pool area towards the main villa. Every bedroom is equipped with A/C, TV, safe, minibar, ceiling fan and mosquito screens. External chefs or any other third party service providers are not allowed at the villa.
