The estate consists of a private villa, a winery and an office. The entrance door of the property is located just below the villa, along a secondary road that usually is not very trafficked; however, it is possible to hear cars passing by occasionally along the terrace in front of the swimming pool, therefore, privacy might be slightly compromised in that area. The office of the estate is on the same level as the villa’s ground floor, but has a completely independent entrance. One window of this office overlooks a small part of the villa’s garden. Even if the window has curtains, privacy might be slightly compromised in that area as well. The winery of the estate is located on the same level as the villa’s entrance door, but has an independent entrance. The villa shares the parking area with the winery.
