non smoking villa. Pets not allowed. The fireplace can’t be used and it is not possible to light up candles. There is river on the ground of the villa. The villa is located in the woods therefore doesn't have any valley views. Due to the presence of many stairs, the villa is not suitable for small children or people with mobility difficulties. Mobile reception at the villa might be not reliable. The main villa is equipped with an additional bedroom located on the ground floor, suitable for staff travelling along with guests. Some bathrooms do not have doors. Since there are not any internal doors bedroom 4 is suitable for a family. Bedroom 5 doesn’t have doors and neither the bathroom, however there is a separate toilet.
