The villa features a main house and two annexes, for a total of four bedrooms available for weekly rentals. In case of longer stays, it is also possible to add the fifth bedroom located in the third annex.
The property is surrounded by a large fenced-in garden, enjoying the bucolic hills where pathways and roads are dotted by cypresses. Lovingly restored and furnished in 2018 in a sustainable way, Monteripaldi has an immaculate aspect in all the rooms where luxury interiors are an invitation for a really comfortable stay in a homely atmosphere. Eating outdoor is a real pleasure for the eyes, surrounded by such natural beauty and by the view of the antique monastery.
A gym completes the comfort, this luxury villa has enough gym equipment for a good workout. Monteripaldi is a real hidden gem for rent offering wonderful service, drawing on its surrounding garden greenery and olive groves.
The staff lives in the third annex, located on a lower level of the garden and built with an independent entrance, therefore it secures the guests’ privacy.

due to the value of the villa, number and age of children have to be approved by the owner. Villa not suitable for people with disabilities and elderly people due to many stairs in the villa. For long term rentals, it is possible to book annex C (5th bedroom) upon request. If not booked, staff lives in annex C and offers assistance 24/7. Privacy is guaranteed. Pool heating is not available from 1st May to 31st October. The double bed in the main villa is located in the gym on the first floor. Small pets allowed upon request. External chefs or any other third party service providers are not allowed at the villa unless prior approval by the owner.
