The cell phone reception is poor and unreliable both indoors and outdoors but the villa provides a Wi-Fi internet connection which is wired through the property. Bedroom 4 is connected to the pizza oven room, which is also accessible from an outdoor staircase. Two extra single beds (bed size 80x200cm, 35,4x79inch) can be added in bedrooms 2 and 4 at an extra cost. The pool is closed from October 1 to May 1. Guests are required to keep the outdoor Jacuzzi hot tub closed when not in use. There are security cameras installed at the entrance gates and along the perimeter of the villa, which can be switched off upon request.
